Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform, websites, and services provided by Tachova Consulting Solutions LLC ("Tachova", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any practice or organization you register. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date.

One-time service packages (such as the Launch Package) are billed once at purchase. Where a one-time package grants subscription access, that access is non-renewing and ends at the stated term.

Prices, features, and packaging may change. Material changes to recurring pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply at your next renewal.

3. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: uploading content you do not have rights to, attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, using it to violate any law, or using it to handle data outside the scope of your authorized provider workflows.

5. Your Data & Provider Records

You retain ownership of all data you submit. You grant Tachova a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and our HIPAA posture is described in the HIPAA & BAA page.

6. Third-Party Services

The service integrates with third-party systems (payment processing, payer portals, CAQH, identity verification, email). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Tachova is not a law firm and does not provide legal, medical, billing, or compliance advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of submissions to payers, boards, and registries.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tachova's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends; export your data before that date.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and, where required, communicated to you by email or in-app notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
