Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Tachova subscriptions and one-time service packages.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime. You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time from Billing in your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until that date and are not charged again.

Monthly plans. Charges for the current month are non-refundable. We do not pro-rate partial months.

Annual plans. Annual fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Within the first 14 days of a new annual subscription, contact us and we will refund the annual fee in full and cancel the plan, provided no significant credentialing work has already been performed.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. After 14 days of non-payment, access may be downgraded or suspended until the balance is resolved.

One-time Service Packages

Service packages such as the Launch Package include manual work performed by our team. Because work begins immediately on purchase, refunds are issued as follows:

  • Before work begins (typically 24 hours of purchase): 100% refund on request.
  • After work begins, before submissions are filed: partial refund based on hours already worked.
  • After submissions are filed to payers / CAQH / boards: non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@tachova.com from the email address on your account. Include your order or invoice ID. We respond within two business days.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing concerns can be resolved within one business day. Chargebacks filed before contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional pricing, credits, and discounts are not refundable in cash and may have additional terms communicated at the time of the offer.
