• Account Information — name, email, phone, organization, and authentication details.
• Professional Credentials — NPI, DEA, licensure, board certifications, CAQH details, and related identifiers.
• Uploaded Documents — licenses, malpractice certificates, W9s, contracts, approval letters, and other materials you choose to store in your Vault.
• Usage Information — log data, device information, and interactions with the platform used to operate and improve the service.

• Provide and maintain the services you request.
• Carry out credentialing operations on your behalf.
• Monitor and surface compliance events such as expirations and attestations.
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Improve platform reliability, security, and functionality.

We do not sell customer information.

Information may be shared only when necessary to:

• Process credentialing applications with payers and verification services.
• Support compliance activities authorized by you.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Documents stored in your Vault are retained according to your account settings and applicable retention requirements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or de-identified.

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational obligations.
• Manage account preferences and communication settings.
